PhD candidate Uva Fung attended the 60th Annual Meeting of the Association for Tropical Biology and Conservation (ATBC) in Kigali, Rwanda in July, 2024. In the conference, she presented her ongoing research on the conservation of the vulnerable incense tree, Aquilaria sinensis, in Hong Kong using molecular genomic tools. Uva also spend some of her free time birding around the city during her stay and found some wonderful species!
